I enjoy biking. There's a whole lot of benefits to the activity. No matter what form. That's one of the reasons I became involved with the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). To introduce Black, LatinX, Karen, and other under-represented youth to biking!
It was during my training in Virginia with NICA where I met two phenomenal young men who race in the middle school and high school category. Their stories just blew me away and reinforced my mission to introduce youth of color to biking.
Kevin Hicks created the Biking In Color podcast to give the youth of Spoke'n Revolutions Youth Cycling the opportunity to speak about their tour experiences.
