Day four had us at a repair day with no riding. We awoke at the usual time of 5:30AM to break camp, eat and get on the road for a while during the "cool" period. Itza and I were approached by one youth after another with a need for a small repair (tubes, brakes, tire replacement) and upon inspection of my chain I had a broken link. I replaced it with a new chain only to discover it was the wrong speed so I had to put back the old chain and repair it. This and the other repairs pretty much blew our morning so we called it a repair and rest day.
We took in a museum visit in the historic town Natchez. It has a rich history of African American life in that area. Well worth the visit.
