GivingTuesday is a global movement that inspires people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

This annual celebration event will take place on November 29, 2022.

GivingTuesday RDU is a group of local community leaders who've partnered with United Way of the Greater Triangle to celebrate the unsung heroes of United Way’s nonprofit partner portfolio, including Triangle Bikeworks!

The Celebration of Giving is Global

A few things to keep in mind if you're joining us for GivingTuesday:

You help supply all a teen needs

95% of what a teen needs you help supply. From bikes to shoes, to food and water. All made possible by your donation.

The youth supply the 5% of joy.

Sharing is absolutely Caring

When you share a story from Triangle Bikeworks you multiply the number of people who come to know and love what the teens are doing.

You're joining the Biggest Day of Global Giving

#GivingTuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to stand together in unity—let’s rally to support the teens of Triangle Bikeworks

We'd love to see you practice Radical Generosity!

Radical Generosity

While many call on philanthropists, policymakers and grantmakers to repair broken systems, GivingTuesday recognizes that we each can drive an enormous amount of positive change by rooting our everyday actions, decisions and behavior in radical generosity—the concept that the suffering of others should be as intolerable to us as our own suffering.

Radical generosity invites people in to give what they can to create systemic change.

Everyone's invited!

Participating in GivingTuesday is about joining a movement for generosity, and there are so many ways to do that. Whether you give your voice, goods, your time, or your money, being generous is a way to fight for the causes you care about and help people in need.
